Self-confessed George Michael fanatic Lisa Moorish put forward the successful idea of releasing a cover version of Wham!'s "I'm Your Man" to producer Jon Douglas. Having previously worked with top Brit soulsters Gabrielle and Eternal, as a result of this project Douglas went on to work with George on future material, including several tracks on the Older album. Initially dubious, the high-flying producer remembers, 'We started to work on it and a Tape Op at Sarm got a copy to George. He strolled in and was really supportive, even adding some uncredited backing vocals.' George in fact sings the second verse and really lets loose on this sexy, gender-bending adaptation incorporating a cheesy rap by The Scientists Of Sound. the vampish Lisa, known for her Eighties-style club music, dominates the duet sounding like a modern day Eartha Kitt.
